In DeliverAI you have full control over how your customers' incoming orders are handled. When you accept an order, you have the option to accept or reject any of them. In order to start receiving orders, you will need a device with Internet access (e.g. Tablet) and any kind of Internet browser.

1. Accepting orders on a web application

  1. login to your account.

  2. Select your store and go to "live orders".

  3. Select the received order from customers to accept.

  4. In case a delivery provide has been enabled, it's possible to assign the order to the delivery provider while accepting the order.

  5. The Completed tab does contain the orders completed in the last 24 hours. All orders can be found in the Order History.

2. Rejecting orders on a web application

When rejecting an order, give a reason why it has not been fulfilled. This will allow the customer to make a quick change and you won't have to waste time providing the explanation.

  1. login to your account.

  2. Select your store and go to "live orders".

  3. Select the received order from customers and click reject.

  4. Enter the reason for rejection.

  5. In the summary, the customer will be informed about why his order will not be processed.

  6. Refunds of rejected orders are sent automatically in 24 hours or within a maximum deadline of 7 working days.
