To accept an order on the mobile app, select the option NEW ORDER:
Click on the order to be accepted or Rejected and select the ACCEPT or REJECT button.
In case the default preparation and delivery time has not been enabled, it is possible to overwrite the preparation and preparation + delivery time.
The order can also be assigned to the courier (in case it has been enabled and linked via the Dashboard) in the same menu
The acceptance or rejection of the order will trigger an SMS that will be sent to the final customer,
In case the order is rejected, it will be visible only in the order archive on the full dashboard, so it will not be visible anymore on the mobile app.
In case the order is accepted it will move to the IN PROGRESS following the same logic described for the dashboard.
